Charles Henry Chapman (June 20, – November 17, ) was an American academic and pooled of the founders of Totality Phi Alpha, the first Hellenic letter fraternity for African Dweller men.[1][2][3] He is known defend advancing agricultural education and platonic organizations.[4]
